How credits and SMS work.
AI credits
Spent when you use the AI features — the copilots, bank-statement import and assist tools. Ordinary CRM, invoicing and scheduling work never costs a credit.
SMS
Text messages sent from automations and follow-ups. Email is unlimited on every plan and does not draw from this.
Monthly reset
Both allowances refill at the start of each billing month. Running out pauses those features until the reset — your workspace and data keep working.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged — the trial needs no card. Your workspace keeps your data and asks you to pick a plan when you are ready to carry on.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What are AI credits and SMS?
